As we count the days to a date we do not know, we thought it time to begin journaling Gracee's Big Adventure on the Internet. We stand in awe of how far we have come since last June 2004 when we submitted the application to adopt to Children's Hope International (www.childrenshopeint.net) in Brentwood, Tenn., and are beyond ourselves with excitement as we anticipate the day when we will receive the photograph of the newest member of our family--Grace Eliza. This is Gracee's adventure, but it is our adventure as well. It is a testimony to the mysterious ways that God works. It is a witness to His love for a family in Franklin, Tenn., and a little girl somewhere in the People's Republic of China. The adventure begins...

New Adventure ... Same Passion
As many of you know, we returned home from China in August 2005 with our family having grown by one. Gracee is a joy beyond description. Yet God isn't finished growing our family. He has placed a passion in our heart to be blessed by adoption again. Our paperwork was logged in China November 17, 2006. We are excited that God is working! For the time being, this site will be your way to keep track of this latest family adventure--to bring a little boy or girl home--and to stay up-to-date on the latest in Gracee's Big Adventure.
