Here is a link to a Web site that reveals a little bit of what happens behind the scenes in the CCAA (the Chinese government agency that oversees and directs the adoption of children) in the referral process. While these unique (and copyrighted) photos may show the machination of the process whereby children are matched to families, we are confident it is God who directs this very special operation.
